My Client is a Greater Manchester based; multi sited legal practice who require an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal / Conveyancing Assistant to join their forward thinking firm at their Bury office.

This reputable firm has been well established in the area for over 20 years, has a fantastic reputation and having worked with this client previously it’s clear the care they have for their clients and each other has helped them create a solid team which has enabled them to grow successfully and continue to expand their firm.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, the successful candidate can expect a salary ranging from £19-£26k DOE with Hybrid working available after initial training.

The position will be within an expanding and growing commercial property team and the client is ideally seeking an experienced Paralegal or Assistant who is able to work on Commercial Property routine matters and be able to assist a solicitor with their caseload. However, if you come from a residential conveyancing background and are looking to move into Commercial Property then my client is happy to consider and train up.
