Residential Conveyancer (Permanent)

My client, a property specialist with over 100 years in business are looking for an Experienced Residential & New Build Conveyancer to join their property team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a firm that is collaborative and professional.

They are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years PQE gained within a Residential Conveyancing sector.

The salary on offer for this role is dependent upon experience and includes some great benefits along with a truly rewarding and progressive work environment!!!

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a high level of residential conveyancing experience and the ability to deal with a full and varied caseload of all conveyancing matters. You will be dealing with Purchase, Transfer, Remortgage, Sale, and New Build Plot transactions from inception to completion, liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other Solicitors, establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients ensuring regular contact throughout the transaction, ensuring that the firm’s risk management and AML procedures are adhered to and participation in marketing activities whether on a firmwide, departmental or office basis

Ideally you will have excellent communication, client care and organisational skills, be proficient in the use of Microsoft office and have experience of working within a case management system, perform conveyancing transactions accurately, reliably, efficiently and in accordance with the firm’s procedures and can work well within a team.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, the successful candidate can expect a salary ranging from £30-£35k and as mentioned above some of the highlights include ½ day of for your birthday, private healthcare, christmas shut down, free parking and more.
