Our client one of the UK’s Leading Law firms are currently seeking to appoint a motivated  Disputed Wills ,Trusts and Estates Solicitor.

The Role
 
As the successful Private Client Solicitor, you will demonstrate a keen interest and proven experience in all aspects of Disputed Wills Trusts and Estates.

You will be  joining an experienced and friendly team, where you will collaborate with the firms Head of Department.

You will be able to manage your own caseload of high value/complex disputes for high-net-worth clients and have proven Litigation experience to be able to prepare cases for court.


The firm deal with a variety of Private Client matters, including:


•Wills

•Trusts

•Estate Administration  

•Inheritance tax

•Powers of attorney

•Probate

About you:

To be suitable for this position, you will be a qualified Solicitor ideally 1-3 years PQE.

 Be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with a range of Disputed Private Client matters in addition to being  able to build and maintain client relationships.

The firm are looking for individuals who are passionate about this area of law with a willingness to work towards achieving ACTAPS membership.
