Residential Conveyancer (Permanent)

I am currently working with a well-known and successful national law firm, who are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their award-winning team at their Sheffield office. They are offering a fully flexible role with the requirement to be in the office for a couple of days a week as required.

They recognise that the office 9-5 isn’t for everyone. Whether it’s working from home, in our offices, or a combination of the both, they trust their people to support their clients, colleagues and communities at the right time, in the right way.

I am looking for a committed and enthusiastic fee earner to join their Sheffield Residential Property Team. As a Residential Conveyancer in the team, you’ll use your experience to act for clients in respect of a variety of conveyancing transactions. You should have a desire to progress and support the team which is part of the National Residential Department.

The ideal Residential Conveyancer will have previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload of domestic work from start to finish. They would consider applications from qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives.

You will be able to multitask and prioritise your workload and any experience using case management systems would be desirable. The ideal candidate needs experience of a variety of residential conveyancing transactions to include freeholder and leasehold sales and purchases, transfer of equity and remortgages. You must have exceptional client care and communication skills with the ability to be a role model to the team.

This Residential Conveyancer role offers a competitive salary upto £40k, dependent on previous residential property experience, along with genuine scope to progress.
