Acorn is proud to be recruiting for FLT Drivers / Warehouse Operatives on a temporary to permanent basis for their distribution client based in Birchwood, Warrington.
The company is a family run business that puts their workers first
They are ideally looking for candidates with experience of driving a flexi/bendi truck or flt counterbalance, however they will accept experienced warehouse candidates with a steady work history
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm and the rate of pay is initially £10.50 per hour plus a £5 per shift attendance bonus
The job role will include:
* Reworking
* Handballing
* Stock control
* Flt driving
* Picking and packing
* Other associated warehouse duties
The ideal candidate will have:
* FLT experience - not essential
* A proven work history in a warehouse environment
* The ability to work well as part of a close team
* Excellent communication skills
* Manual handling and health and safety awareness
* A positive can do attitude
