My client, who is a Social Housing Contractor is currently looking to recruit a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
They specialise in refurbishments, both internal and external, to Social Housing properties throughout the region.
Current schemes include kitchen & bathroom replacements, window & door replacements & more.
Duties involve -
* Requisition of materials
* Managing subcontractors
* Issuing sub-contractor short term programmes
* Updating the construction programme
* Managing trades/labour on site
* Checking the quality of all plant on site
* Managing H&S on site
* Attending monthly cost meetings
* Client liaison
