Service Manager - Rape Abuse Counselling Service

Salary: between £34-38: £40,107 - £44,009 per annum

NonStop Care is working with a well established charity with a very good reputation in the South East of England in order to help them recruit for a Service Manager who can join them on a permanent basis.

The Service Manager will be overseeing the Abuse and Rape Counselling Service and will be responsible to the Deputy Director.

You will be based in their office in Portsmouth however there is a lot of flexibility with home working.

Responsibilities:

The Rape and Abuse Counselling Service delivers a wide range of projects focused on young people and adults and involves work with individuals and groups within the community.

You will work closely with the Deputy Director to ensure the effective management and development, enabling the safe and effective delivery of trauma informed services while working innovatively to extend its impact.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Service Manager with experience in working with children, young people and adults who have experienced trauma, domestic violence or sexual abuse.

You will have a Social Work Qualification or an NVQ Level 4 and you will have experience of managing complex budgets and forecasting, approaches to income generation and managing stakeholder relationships.
