Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Administration Assistant for our prestigious client

Responsibilities:

* Provide clerical/admin support to management team looking after a site
* Invoice production using SAP system
* Maintain computerised records using EXCEL spreadsheets

Requirements:
Working with other members of the administrative team, reporting to the manager and maintaining records

* Previous experience using SAP and Excel along with other computer systems.
* Pleasant telephone manner
* Able to prioritise workload
* Ability to work on own initiative
