The role

We require a self-motivated individual with at least 2 years injection moulding setting experience to join our team. If you are a proactive individual who is able to bring new ideas and a continuous improvement mindset, this could be the role for you. The successful candidate must have previous experience of setting machines and robots and be able to use various grades of industrial material.

Responsibilities include

• Setting of injection moulding machines for very busy industrial / POS moulding company. Machine sizes range from 22 tonne to 750 tonne with robots fitted.
• Accomplish new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Responsibility for 6 members of staff and their development needs
