Daniel Owen North are currently working with a regional fit out contractor to recruit a Finishing Manager for a Cat A & B Fit Out in Manchester City Centre. There is currently 5 floor released that need to be completed with more due in the run up to Christmas. The ideal candidate will have experience in Cat A & B Fit Outs and will of held a Finishing Manager role on similar projects.
- Managing finishing trades
- Managing sub-contractors
- Project Manager progress reports
- H&S
- RAMS
- Ensuring the completion of a quality finish and product
