A well-respected law firm is looking for an Conveyancing Solicitor to join the team at their Leeds office, the firm is heavily invested in looking after its employees and has a modern feel yet traditional values.

The Ideal Conveyancing Solicitor will take on a caseload supported by and leading an experienced Senior Conveyancing Assistant and a Conveyancing Admin Assistant. The caseload will be varied but will include some of the areas listed below.

· Sales and purchases

· Freehold / leasehold

· Re-mortgages

· Right to buy

· Transfer of equity

The firm is looking for a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Conveyancing at a fee earning level, you will have a proven track record of quality residential property work, a highly motivated & self-driven professional, be client-focused, with great client care skills and a friendly but professional manner.

This position would suit a someone who is looking a forging a long-term career with an established Law firm.

The Salary on offer for this role is in the region of £35-48k dependant on experience.
