Are you a motivated and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor who is looking for a new opportunity in Central Manchester working with High end Clients?
A well-established Law Firm based across the UK is seeking an exceptionally talented Residential Property Solicitor to join their growing team in Greater Manchester.
Your duties will include working with High end clients mostly in leasehold transactions whilst also engaging with local work consisting of new builds, plot sales, sale and purchase files and right to buy to name a few, manging a caseload from start to finish.
The ideal Conveyancing Solicitor will be required to hit the ground running, ideally have a minimum of 12 months PQE and have a proven track record of managing a Residential Property case load. Experience in Commercial property would be an advantage.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with some flexibility and can expect a salary in the range in £35-45k dependant on experience.
