CAE Parc Aviation are accepting applications for the role of Crew Travelling Expert for our client based in Germany. This is a 6 month contract position. Accommodation will be provided.
Summary of Role:
Based within the operations department, the candidate will be required to provide all booking and handling of all ad hoc trips, along with quickly responding to cases of irregularities within the actual week.
Contract : 6 months, 40 hours per week.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor irregularities in deadhead flights
- Posting and changing travel services
- Coordinate, book and edit the hotel, transfer and flight reservations
- Ticketing, taking into account costs, crew service time and deployment profile
- Processing of unused hotel bookings and proceedings
- Information to crew members about changes in the itinerary
- Provision of all services currently required by the flight contract
- Identify and analyze potential weaknesses in travel services
- Processing of crew members' requests
Based in Berlin, accommodation will be provided by the Client with a nominal cost being deducted each month.
This position requires the employee to work shift; Early; Late; Weekend & Public Holidays.
