Duty Manager

We are looking for an individual keen on working in the sports and leisure industry at a large sports centre in the heart of the Cotswolds. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the sports centre from people management to building management to life-guarding.

What you will do:

* Provide excellent customer service to the centre users
* Manage the day to day running of the centre
* Provide life-guarding duties
* Carry out fitness tests for people
* Rota management

Your experience will include:

* Previous experience in a similar role in leisure industry/gym/sports centres
* Will ideally hold NPLQ qualification (or must be competent swimmer)
* Will ideally be a level 2 gym instructor
* Have a passion for fitness, health and well-being

Basic Salary £17000
