Qualified Social Worker - 'CWD' Children with Disabilities- North West England - 6 month Contract

Due to a long serving member of the team going on maternity leave, this local authority is seeking an experienced social work to join their children with disabilities team on a 6 month contract.

As part of your role you will be responsible for building positive relationship with the children and families, and play a key part in the development of the child. We are very interested to hear from those who believe they have the following attributes:

• Previous children with disabilities experience
• Understanding the impact of cultural and social factors on the child's development
• Identify the impact that social and environmental factors have on parents and carers
• Leading investigations

My client is committed to innovation and their current vision focuses solely on ensuring the best service is provided to all service users. This authority is aiming to reduce there cases loads to 18 per social worker. Allowing you to have the time to focus on the cases that you hold in depth, allowing you to make a difference within your role.
