An excellent opportunity for an experienced Technical Product Manager to take the lead on shaping their flagship product, alongside the Senior Stakeholders.

Summary:

The company are continuing to grow their in-house Product Development team, based in Reading, and are already tackling big challenges using data science. This is an opportunity for a Technical Product Manager to lead the creation of real-world products and services for a diverse range of customers.

The primary challenge is to enhance the main technical platform, by focusing attention on the needs of the customer. This requires deep, technical understanding of the Product and an ability to empathise with the technical audience. You will have ownership of the processes and implement cutting edge techniques to advocate the user throughout the full software lifecycle.

Skills Required:

*Ability to apply User Research and advocate the customer
*Experience managing products through the full life-cycle
*Deep understanding of a "technical audience"
*Passion and experience in areas such as Data Science/Analytics/API Products
*Fast learner and ability to adapt to new products quickly
*Experience within the Agricultural industry

Other Desirables:

*Strong experience of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Test / Behavioural Driven Development
*Business analysis experience e.g. writing user stories, testing the solutions
*Experience working in a start-up
*Excellent communication skills are a must!

Salary for Technical Product Manager:

£45,000 - £60,000
