Due to unprecedented growth in 2016 and 2017 my client has created a new position and is looking for a Head of Financial Markets Training. The Role
In this newly created role, the Head of Financial Markets Training will manage a team of 8 sales executives who are growing and farming new and existing accounts (Tier 1 Financial Services). You will assist the sales team in client advisory meetings and also deliver a number of classroom trainings per year, as this role will be the conduit between the sales team, and the faculty. We are an international financial training firm and represent the world's most highly regarded investment banks, private banks, and asset managers. The role will also require occasional travel into the various regions to attend client meetings and presentations.

The Candidate
The Head of Financial Markets will have an excellent track record of selling and delivering Financial Training. It is imperative that any candidates have both these qualities due to the responsibilities of this role. We would also consider candidates with a B2B background in selling and delivering other non-tangible services such as Business Intelligence or Business Information services (if they are selling into Tier 1 Financial Services such as Investment Banks, Asset Managers, Private banks etc). Experience managing people is a must! This role will have a global coverage with some of the sales team based in Singapore, so any candidates with experience selling into this market would take preference. This is a highly consultative and analytical role, and as such, the Head of Financial Markets should hold these qualities.

The Package
The company is offering a package of between £50,000 to £60,000 basic with a rewarding commission structure taking the first year OTE to double the basic salary (up to £120,000) plus excellent benefits.
