Automation Field Service Engineer - Process Equipment

Location - Based in Dublin covering N.ireland & The republic of Ireland

Salary & Benefits - £45K - 50K OTE,

Door - Door pay including overtime rates outside of regular working hours, Company Car, Phone, Laptop, world class training.

Duties Include

Installation, maintenance and commissioning across various Plants across the UK

Software updates

Retrofits and Upgrades

PPM's

Attending breakdowns

Technical support and client training

Experience required

Working on Automated Electro mechanical fast moving machinery and systems such as but not limited to;

Strong PLC skills.

SCADA

Heat Exchangers,

Valves,

Tanks,

Vessels

CIP systems,

Pumps,

Separators

Pasteurisers,

PID Controllers,

Fermenters,

Filtration systems etc.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum HNC Electrical Engineering or similar qualification
• Time served Apprenticeship
• Strong PLC capabilities - Fault finding and modifications - Siemens and Allen Bradley. Ladder/ HMI/ SCADA
• Willing to regularly work away from home
• Service Engineering or Process Plant Maintenance background relevant sectors include Chemicals, Dairy, Breweries, Distilleries, FMCG, Food etc.
