QUALIFIED SOCIAL WORKER - R&A TEAM - LONDON SALARY UP TO £38.000
NonStop's client, based in London, is looking to hire a Qualified Social Worker in their Referral&Assessment team within Children's Services.
This Local Authority is currently on a journey of improvement, they have outstanding management, which is focused on constant development and providing best quality services for young people within the local community.
Our client is looking for someone for the permanent position, who will be willing to become a committed member of the team. Therefore , they are offering:
- Great training and development opportunities, which include external courses and workshops, which will help you to master your professionals skills
- Special two weeks programme, when you do not hold any cases at the beginning, which means you will have time to adjust and get to know everything before starting
- Very stable team - vast majority is employed on permanent positions, which means you will join a family atmosphere and will be able to build long lasting professional relationships
- Low caseload - you will manage only 15-16 cases, which will allow you to focus on the quality on your assessments and avoid stress

Salary: £31,000-38,000 annually (depending upon experience)
