Commercial Property Solicitor (Permanent)

Are you a Qualified Solicitor holding 3 or more years PQE within Commercial Property?

A Multi-service, Lexcel accredited law firm are looking to employ a 3+ years PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to be based at their Milton Keynes and Luton offices.

Candidates with less than 3 years experience may also be considered, proven they have adequate knowledge of Commercial Property transactions.

You will enjoy a wide mix of Commercial Property work including Freehold and Leasehold Sales and Acquisitions, Landlord and Tenant matters, Secured Lending, Business Sales and Acquisitions and some development related work.

The successful candidate will have appropriate experience of dealing with a caseload; under supervision, experience of participating in business development and networking activities, excellent interpersonal, customer service and team working skills.

Salary on offer up to £40k per annum, dependent on experience plus some great benefits!
