The Role:
In your role as Business Development Manager you will actively be prospecting new clients, pitching face to face and demonstrating the leading Asbestos Services on offer. You will be consultative, creating bespoke packages for each client. The broad portfolio includes Asbestos Surveys, Asbestos Re-inspections, advice and training. You will be predominately targeting property management companies, pivotal in the negotiation and contract process. You will be liaising with c-level decision makers both over the phone and face to face, as such you will be well presented and polished.

The Candidate:
To be successful in your role as a Business Development Manager you will need to be a highly motivated and energetic individual who is financially driven and keen to make that step up on the career ladder. It is essential you have experience of selling Asbestos services; alternative backgrounds will not be considered. With a proven track record, you will ideally have key contacts in this space you can utilise to hit the ground running.

The Package:
As a Business Development Manager the basic salary will be £40,000 - £45,000, with the commission structure bringing your OTE upwards of £65,000, with the room to earn more for a successful candidate.
