Customer Service Advisor (Ongoing Contract)

We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading bank based in Belfast. As a Customer Service Advisor you will join the CS department and provide a high level of professional customer support to customers with account enquiries.

Requirements:
* 12 months customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Knowledge of objection handling
* Strong IT skills
* Full flexibility to shifts Monday to Sunday
* Candidates with banking or financial services experience are desirable

Responsibilities:

* To provide excellent customer service to customers at first point of contact
* Handle customer calls across Banking Service in an efficient and effective manner providing the highest level of customer service
* Build a good rapport with customers
* Seek to retain customers by providing an excellent customer experience in support of building brand loyalty.
* Demonstrate the ability to deal with customer complaints with empathy and in a manner compliant with all internal and external regulatory requirements
* Handle customer sales calls
* Maintain a good understanding of Bank's products and services including key features and benefits
* Demonstrate an ability to deliver end to end Customer fulfilment across the full range of products
