Randstad are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading global engineering organisation. The Accounts Payable Specialist will process and efficiently maintain high volume accounts payable transactions and invoice processing.

Requirements
* Must be educated to a minimum of GCSE level or equivalent including Maths & English
* Candidates with fluency in the German, Italian or Spanish languages would be particularly welcome although this is not essential
* Must have experience of working with Microsoft Office suite
* Ideally the successful candidate will have experience of Oracle or similar accounting software
* Previous experience in an Accounts Payable department with proven experience processing high volumes of transactions would be desirable
* Must be a team player
* Highly organised
* Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
* Perform daily transactions as part of a large team
* Perform automatic and cheque payment processing and distribution
* Deal with emails/phone calls to target resolving all queries
* Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external parties
* Reconciliation of accounts payable balances
* Audit support
* Record management
