This is an opportunity to join a well known high quality homebuilder; this developer has been awarded some of the most prestigious awards in the industry and is recognised for building homes of the highest quality. They are looking to engage with a Assistant Site Manager who is passionate about success and efficient in site completion. This opportunity will be especially suited to an experienced Assistant Site Manager looking to work under a Site manager on sites of up to 175 Traditional apt & houses..

Due to the business growing at an exciting rate and an increase in forthcoming projects,

They are looking to expand the management team and are specifically looking for an Assistant Site Manager to work under a experienced Site Manager on large residential projects..

You will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of health, safety and environmental standards, and communicating and working closely with the development team and reporting to Site Manager to ensure the site programme is planned, delivered and effectively monitored on a daily basis. The successful candidate will contribute to a very strong company culture which strives to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and design excellence. You will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Experience in the house building industry specifically volume residential sites.
  • Experience meeting NHBC standards.
  • CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid at Work.
  • A wide understanding of all trades and a thorough understanding of the construction process.
  • Identifying overspend and highlighting potential savings.
  • Maintain control of sub-contractor's time through itemising, programming and authorising.
  • Site Diary / Diary Logs
