Search IT are currently looking for a Search Delivery Manager on a permanent basis for our prestigious client based in Northampton.
Skills/Requirements for the Service Delivery Manager:
* Background and experience in a technical position
* High level of knowledge within team management
* ITIL V3 qualification is essential
* Strong experience of Information systems, and their operation in a large enterprise environment
* Strong communication skills
* Commitment to research and continuous improvement
* Analytical mind-set, strong attention to detail, and logical thinking
Start date is ASAP
The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing the client's customer facing services, involving themselves in a varied workload within the management of technical teams. They will report to the IT Director, proactively identifying continual improvement opportunities. The role will involve the management of multiple workloads and prioritisation across the teams, and is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a management setting, delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships.
