The Role
As the Sales Leader, you will manage the day to day operations of the sales team, which is made up of five sales executives located in London (2), Singapore, Dubai, and New York. They will be focused on securing new sign ups to our globally recognised financial training courses. They will be mainly speaking to industry professionals (therefore B2C) who are looking to further their skills in finance by signing up to these courses. As the Sales Team Leader, you will spend 50% of your time on the phones developing new business sales, and 50% of your time managing and driving the sales team. You will manage the sales strategy for the team (KPIs, targets, call timings etc) and do all the things a good manager does - motivate, coach, performance monitor. You will also be proactive and assist the MD with potential partnerships with large blue chip clients (both expand on current partnerships with the large tier 1 financial services companies, and land new partnerships).

The Candidate
For this Sales Team Leader role, we are looking for an energetic, organised, and professional sales manager. We would consider candidates who hold these qualities and ideally from an education or financial training sales background (or similar as long as its a similar or CRM environment). It would be desirable for the candidate to have previous experience in this industry (whether you have worked for a private company or a University), and if you have a degree or higher qualification in finance then this would be advantageous. The Sales Team Leader will have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills and the ability to articulate a complex product.

The Package
My client is offering a package of between £40,000 to £50,000 basic (although client will go higher if they see the perfect candidate!) with a rewarding commission structure taking the OTE over £70,000 plus excellent benefits (contributory pension, health insurance, life insurance, and 25 days holiday).
