Temporary ongoing Contract
This is a busy administration role. You will need to have strong administrative skills and be able to work to a fast pace. Strong administrative skills required.
* Booking in couriers, arranging deliveries
* Checking if parts are in stock, releasing stock
* Dealing with stores and checking delivery dates
* Dealing with field engineers
* Keeping an accurate inventory of assets for the centre
* Dealing with incoming telephone calls, referrals and electronic mail
* All other general administration/office tasks as directed and/or requested
* Dealing with invoices
* Placing purchase orders
Working Hours - 6.45am - 3.30pm
