Senior Building Surveyor - TDD - London £70k (Permanent)
A leading multi discipline consultancy is looking for a senior building surveyor to join their team of surveyors.
They have a great name in the market and are looking for a senior surveyor to mainly focus on Technical Due Diligence.
Ideally you You need an integrated and vigorous approach to all these issues to identify potential liabilities, pragmatic advice on correcting deficiencies. Armed with cost liabilities and risks, will support the negotiation process and your subsequent transaction decision

In order to be suitable for this role you should be ;
MRICS or equivalent
Experienced in TDD
Hold a building surveying degree or equivalent
In reward for you hard work you will receive a salary of up to £70,000 + excellent benefits including car allowance, bonus, health care and more.
