Turnaround Manager - South Wales
Salary: £48,000 - £53,000 + £4000 Car Allowance
We are looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager / Area Manager, to take on the role of Turnaround Manager for one of the biggest care providers in the UK.
The role will be covering South Wales.
As well as being able to demonstrate great management and leadership skills, you will need to be experienced in running a care establishment and share the company's values of transparency, fairness and integrity.
To be successful, you will need to be a caring and talented Nurse either RGN or RMN with a current NMC PIN and flexible to travel. We can also accept applications from experienced none nurse qualified managers with trouble shooting experience in nursing homes.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about continuous improvements in nursing home services, committed to staff and personal development and be a natural communicator with strong influencing skills.
You will have a keen eye for detail, always act with integrity and be driven by the principles of fairness.
The salary is negotiable on qualification and experience, £48,000 - £53,000 plus a £4000 car allowance.
