Customer Service Officer (Permanent)

I am currently working with one of the biggest fashion brands in the world that are on the hunt for some brilliant Customer Service Advisors to join their expanding team in Edinburgh city centre on a permanent basis. If you love fashion and speaking to customers about the amazing products they offer, then please read on.

What will your day look like?

• Taking inbound calls and emails from customers who have queries about products
• Dealing with order queries and any issues around deliveries
• Working towards daily SLA targets and ensuring all customers receive exceptional service
• Keeping up to date with the latest products that have been released and fashion trends to ensure all customer questions can be answered
• Working together with your team to ensure a collaborative approach to delivering excellent customer service

Your personality is key for this role along with a real passion for fashion, you won't ever be afraid to be yourself in this environment!

Working times will be 5 days from 7 so you must be able to work weekends. Shifts will be between 8am and 9pm weekdays and between 9am and 6pm at the weekend.With a competitive salary and enviable benefits package, this is a role not to miss!
