Customer Service Planner
Working with the largest independently owned brewery in the UK we have a role for a customer service planner
Curently recruiting for a Customer Service Planner to work closely with the planning manager to ensure all orders are dealt with in a timely manner. You will be supporting a number of departments from sales, production, transport and the client.
Responsibilities will include:
- Communicating directly with the sales and transport team to ensure communication of orders are deal with in a timely manor
- Manage any promotional and seasonal activities
- Communicating across all departments and customers with updates on stock
- Involved in all sales forecasting advising the planning manger of any short falls or issues
- Analysing schedules for the production to ensure they fit in with the delivery slots from the transport team.
Desirable
- Good Communication skills both verbal and on email
- Advanced excel skill including Vlookup and pivot tables
- Customer focused
- Able to liaise across departments
- Commercially aware
- Experience of sales forecasting
- Experience SAP
