Customer Service Planner

Working with the largest independently owned brewery in the UK we have a role for a customer service planner

Curently recruiting for a Customer Service Planner to work closely with the planning manager to ensure all orders are dealt with in a timely manner. You will be supporting a number of departments from sales, production, transport and the client.

Responsibilities will include:

• Communicating directly with the sales and transport team to ensure communication of orders are deal with in a timely manor
• Manage any promotional and seasonal activities
• Communicating across all departments and customers with updates on stock
• Involved in all sales forecasting advising the planning manger of any short falls or issues
• Analysing schedules for the production to ensure they fit in with the delivery slots from the transport team.

Desirable

• Good Communication skills both verbal and on email
• Advanced excel skill including Vlookup and pivot tables
• Customer focused
• Able to liaise across departments
• Commercially aware
• Experience of sales forecasting
• Experience SAP
