Are you a qualified Maths teacher looking to join a well-established team in an academically successful and expanding school?
Connaught Education is supporting Jewish independent grammar school in North London. This school is an Orthodox Jewish Senior School catering for local pupils.
The school require a permanent Maths Teacher to deliver the National Curriculum on a part-time teaching timetable working 5 afternoons per week. This is a permanent position paid near a full-time rate despite the reduced hours. Each morning pupils receive a tailored religious education which is followed by secular education in the afternoons. The school is small and class sizes average 14 boys. The successful candidate would be joining an established and supportive staff team. The role could be KS3, KS4 and KS5 depending on the successful candidate's specialism.
Working hours are 1-5pm, Monday to Thursday with reduced hours on Fridays. It is not essential for applicants to be of the Jewish faith but all applicants should be respectful of the ethos of the school.
