Meat Applications Director Global Co EU Market (Permanent)

A leading food manufacturer in Europe specialized in Meat & Savoury, Dairy and Meal Solutions is looking for an Applications Director to lead the Western and Eastern European Meat Application Teams and oversee the strategic side for the area.

Due to internal structural changes within the company there is a vacancy for a someone with strong leadership skills to take on the Meat Applications Teams that develop new processed meat products and adjust existing products to offer the best solutions to the end client. This is a perfect time to jump on board and to be a part of the growth process that could lead to opening many interesting doors along the way.

You would be able to work together with the Sales and Marketing team and put your ideas into action on a strategic level giving you a canvas to use your professional knowledge and see the fruits of your work in the process.
As the Application Director for the company you would be managing 12 people working the Western and Eastern European market giving you an overview of the market situation all across Europe.

Requirements for the position:

• Savoury/Meat/ Meat Processes Industry knowledge
• 10+ years of experience in a similar position
• Previous management experience
