Customer Service Advisor (Permanent)

We are recruiting for a number of permanent Customer Service Advisors to start on Monday 15th January.

Due to the continued growth of our clients we are looking to recruit for Customer Service Advisors who will be responsible for providing a first class service to customers ensuring their customers experience the best possible customer service. Working as a part of a team your main duties will be:

* Taking inbound calls and providing information to customers ensuring they are provide with quick and accurate information.
* Ensuring customers experience the best customer service experience
* Providing advice to new and existing customers
* Resolving customer queries and managing any complaints within set timescales

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional organisation based in fantastic city centre offices.

Hours of work
Weeks 1 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm for training
Week 2 onwards goes on to a shift pattern working 5 days out of 7 on a shift rotational basis.

Successful candidates will be required to go through the following background checks:
3 year work history check
Basic credit check
Basic disclosure check
