Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor, Full Time, permanent

£16,500 per annum

Working Hours for this role is 40 per week; Monday to Sunday shifts between 8am - 6pm. Flexibility is required.

• To respond to all customer enquires within given timescales, efficiently and effectively.
• To develop and maintain a full knowledge of client products and services.

Experience and skills required:

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Experience in Customer Services.
• Good organisational skills.
