New exciting permanent position based in Cambridge for an experienced Recruitment Consultant!!!

Aeropeople are part of the Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group based at Cambridge Airport in Cambridge, a family run business with over 100 years of experience in the Military and Aviation industry. Due to a large expansion with an already successful permanent recruitment team we are looking to recruit experienced recruitment consultants.

Primary purpose of the role:

* To liaise with existing Customers, develop, build and maintain relationships
* To work with the team to ensure all opportunities to fulfil clients requirements are met
* Day to day contact with permanent candidates, both existing and potential
* Advertise vacancies. Search internal and industry databases for prospective candidates
* Market Aeropeople services offering them to pre defined market sectors
* Fulfil administration requirements and ensure compliance and REC legislation is maintained
* Build and develop new business relationships
* Build and maintain market knowledge including prospective vacancies, current salaries
* Talent pooling, competitor analysis
* Facilitate the interview and selection process
* Responsible for the end to end recruitment process
* Maintain the recruitment system so that it accurately reflects the status of all selection process activity
* Develop a sourcing strategy for each role worked on
* Make business development calls with new and lapsed clients
* Attend client meetings and industry networking events

Ideally you will have:

* Experience within Aviation/ Engineering/ Defence disciplines is preferable
* 3-5+ years recruitment industry experience
* Strong knowledge in various sourcing strategies; social media candidate attraction, jobsites
* Experience in recruitment databases
* Ability to work and meet demanding deadlines
* Work independently or as part of a team
