We are working with a leading utilities company in Edinburgh. This growing company is looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their team on an ongoing contract with a potential start date of Monday the22nd January 2018.

If you have a passion for customer service and resolving customer issues and queries then this is the role for you. Our client has a number of positions available in their Contact Service team which will involve you being the first point of contact for business customers. You will be expected to take ownership of calls and resolve in the first instance where possible through all channels of communication - This role will also involve following up with administrative tasks related to the calls handled.

The role is full time and the hours are Monday to Friday between 8am-6pm.
