Commercial Legal Executive/ Solicitor (Permanent)
My Client is a leading law firm in Grantham area who are currently looking for a Commercial Solicitor to join an established team. Working across construction and public procurement, franchising, IT and software contracts, sales, agency and distribution agreements, E-Commerce and online contracts and transport and logistics.
Job Duties include:
¿ Meeting targets ¿ file management and supporting firms paperless environment.
¿ Taking client instructions and providing legal advice and assistance.
¿ Managing a caseload of client matters in accordance with office procedures manual and Lexcel requirements.
¿ Dealing with client requirements.
¿ Support compliance and the SRA code of conduct and SRA accounts rules.
¿ Undertaking legal research and maintaining legal knowledge through training.
¿ Ensuring compliance with Equity and Diversity policy.
The ideal candidate:
¿ Minimum of 1+ years PQE experience working as a Commercial Solicitor.
¿ Able to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.
¿ Excellent time management skills.
