Marketing Executive (Permanent)

Dutch (Native/Advanced) & German (Intermediate) speaking Marketing Executive - Bad Vilbel, Germany - Competitive Salary

Position Summary

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Executive to join this forward thinking, international business. They are looking for a talented multi-lingual Marketing Executive to be responsible for the company's brand awareness across different platforms. You will be managing communications and events to both existing and new customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Campaigns

*Manage the fulfilment, production and delivery of all marketing activities including email marketing, social media, advertising and direct mail
*Manage and improve the website, translating or creating new content to improve the customer journey
*Responsible for producing timely creative for all new and existing customer direct marketing, working closely with the graphic design team and within brand guidelines
*Producing content for direct marketing, working closely with Copywriter, Yield, Marketing and Sales to ensure correct communications
*Responsible for analysis of marketing campaigns.

Acquisition

*To research, recommend, plan and produce an effective acquisition strategy in line with commercial requirements and brand guidelines
*Measure all activity for effectiveness and to inform future strategy
*To find new opportunities for driving traffic, improving conversion, optimising content, running promotions and sponsorships.

Partnerships & Events

*To seek out new partnerships and co-operations
*Organise Boat show participation and Events
*Look for additional opportunities to promote our products
*Measure and report on the success of events

Other duties include
*To work with and support the Marketing Manager in developing and managing the business' marketing plans
*Work with the Marketing Manager on the Marketing Strategy and to be a brand ambassador
*Assessing and managing any ad-hoc opportunities that arise to drive leads and revenue

What you'll need:
*Experienced Marketing and/or Online Marketing Executive with qualifications
*Dutch native/advanced speaker
*Fluent German speaker
*Experience in Online Marketing
*A passion for customers and a driving desire to get to know them better.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Strong communication and motivational skills.
*Commercially aware, basing decisions on commercial and brand objectives
*Imaginative, creative and organised.
*Previous Travel Industry experience preferred.
*Experience of sailing would be beneficial, but not essential
