Wholesale Broker Development Manager, Hampshire. £competitive plus benefits and bonus.
Working for a very well established Insurance Broker, you'll be required to work within their wholesale business developing a portfolio of brokers across the UK.
A major emphasis on this role is developing growth from an existing panel as well as developing new brokers.
You must have experience of working within a similar role and have a strong understanding of property insurance.

Responsibilities;
Generating business from a designated panel of 250 Brokers across the UK.
Proactively developing and maintaining business relationships with Brokers to actively encourage the generation of profitable property business.
Proactively developing a prospect list of appropriate new business opportunities.
Assisting in Financial and Business planning analysis and forecasting as well as action planning to achieve set KPI's and growth plans.
Conducting regular broker visits, to develop relationships and business.

To apply;
You must have worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate the ability to develop new and grow existing portfolios.
You'll be self motivated and driven.
Possess excellent communication and organisation skills.
Demonstrate a strong technical understanding of the property insurance market.
Cert CII qualified or happy to undertake.
