Travel Co-ordinator (Maternity Cover) (Permanent)

CAE Parc Aviation are presently accepting applications for the role of Travel Coordinator on a 6 / 9-month fixed term contract with our client airline based in Ireland.

Responsibilities

* To ensure all travel information requested is researched & priced in an efficient and timely manner
* To ensure accurate booking of flights, hotels and all other associated products
* Contact suppliers to ensure best possible rates
* Research and provide feasible solutions on all travel requests
* Provide administrative support & research across the business where require

Requirements

* Previous experience organising international travel is essential
* Excellent knowledge of Galileo is essential
* Previous experience with Windows-based software products necessary
* Candidates must have a good telephone manner, be a team player and be willing to support colleagues
