I am currently looking for Customer Service Administrators to join a medical furniture manufacturer based in Pontefract to start immediately on a temporary basis initially for three months with the potential to extend further or go permanent.
This would be an excellent opportunity for someone who in now ready to take the step in their career and join a well known organisation that can provide on going training and development
Duties and Responsibilities
* Dealing with any queries and providing an excellent level of customer service
* Arranging and coordinating for engineers to visit customers
* Managing the databases
* Inputting Data
* Responding to emails
Key Skills Required
* The ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Excellent communication skills
* IT Literate
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* A confident communicator over the telephone and in person
