Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer
PQE 2+ years, Bedford

I am currently recruiting for a well respected, regional law firm based in Bedfordshire. The firm is looking for an Residential Property Solicitor or a Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) with a minimum of 2 years PQE to join their Bedford office.

Reporting to the Head of Conveyancing, you will have experience across the full spectrum of Residential Conveyancing matters; especially in the areas of Freehold, Leasehold, Sales, Purchases, Re-mortgages, Shared Ownership Schemes, Right to Buy, Transfer of Equity and Lease Extensions.

You will have proven experience of handling a sizeable caseload, be IT literate and be able to adhere to and manage deadlines.

Case Management experience would be desirable.

Salary between £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
