The Role
This Field Sales Manager role within the Vehicle Hire industry will be highly new business orientated, so the role will involve having to generate new leads and face to face meetings to sell our range of vehicle hire solutions. When selling in the corporate industries you will have to use your entrepreneurial skills. You will be meeting with senior level decision makers across a range of industries within your assigned territory (north west England). You will be given full training on our products and services to enable you to do this job. This will be a target driven role, and you will be given a lucrative commission plan on top of an excellent basic salary and company benefits.

The Candidate
The right Field Sales Manager for this position will have had new business corporate sales experience. Experience in the Vehicle Hire industry is not essential, as my client wants someone who knows how to sell, work autonomously, and be effective and consistent at doing so.
When in this Field Sales Manager position, the candidate will have to thrive in a target driven industry, as well as work effectively and efficiently as part of a nationwide sales team.

The Package
The basic salary on offer to the Field Sales Manager is £35,000 - £55,000, as well as well a structured and uncapped commission plan. The package also includes a full expensed company car (BMW or Mercedes), a great pension scheme and other benefits of working for a well-established market leading company.
