Inbound Customer Service Advisor (Permanent)

Our team is growing fast and we are looking for confident, target driven people with customer service experience to join us! If you are customer focused and looking for full time work in a customer contact centre then this role would be perfect for you. You will take inbound calls from customers who need assistance with anything from changing their address details to needing some technical support.
You will receive 3 weeks of training, fully paid, which will teach you everything you need to know so you feel confident from the minute you step onto the floor into our buzzing, vibrant call centre.
This is a permanent job which pays £16,500 per annum yearly plus a monthly bonus which is all based on customer satisfaction rate! You will be working on a flexible contract between 7am - 11pm. (8 hours a day, 5 days a week) You will be paid fortnightly.

A few things you'll need…
* A background in a customer facing role (6-12 months would be great)
* Some basic IT knowledge will help to get you started
* You'll ideally have a natural enthusiasm for customer service and confidence when speaking to customers, with good listening skills to boot
* You'll be great at problem solving, leaving the customer happy each and every time
* Able to manage your time wisely to meet call handle time, and work to targets
* With products changing all the time, you'll need to be a quick learner
* No unspent criminal convictions
* Not been dismissed from any previous roles
