Search Consultancy are currently working with a leading accountancy practice based in Central Birmingham as they seeking a HR Shared Service Team Leader.
As the Shared Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for a team of 10 HR Shared Service Co-ordinators as they provide HR support to the UK wide offices. As part of your job, your responsibilities will include ensuring the team are hitting their SLA's as well as providing day to day support, setting targets, career objectives and providing continued support and guidance. Further duties will include;
* Managing escalating HR cases
* Auditing the HR system, ensuring the team input the correct data
* Allocating ad-hoc HR requests and quires
* Complete a weekly payroll audit
The successful candidate will be:
* Experienced in working within a Shared Service environment (minimum one year)
* Comfortable working to challenging targets
* A natural leader, experience of managing a team is a must
* Comfortable with Microsoft platforms, specifically Excel
