Real Estate & Projects Solicitor
PQE 1-2 years, Central London

My client is a leading, full service law firm in the UK who is looking to recruit a PQE 1-2 years Real Estate & Projects Solicitor for their Central London office.

Currently, the Real Estate team consists of 6 partners working on a wide variety of property transactions with a broad range of clients, covering a full range of property related legal issues.

You will provide direct support and assistance to a partner in the team, whilst also helping with the management and development of junior fee earners and contributing more widely to the team and its growth.

You will have a strong academic background, having achieved a 2:1 or above at degree level. You will be a Property Solicitor with strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail combined with significant experience in managing your own caseload. The role will specialise in a number of key areas from undertaking Sales and Purchases, Auction Sales, Lease Extensions, acting for both Landlord and Tenant (both voluntary and statutory) to assisting in Tenanted Portfolio Sales and Purchases.

The successful candidate will gain excellent exposure to a broad range of property work from residential conveyancing through to large PFI projects.
