As a customer experience manager, you will be part of a solutions based sales office, where you will maintain an active client base through regular telephone contact and face-to-face meetings. Customer relationships are encouraged to get the best from every prospect. You will focus your time on maximising the clients' use of the product. This is not a sales role but a client engagement role where you will become the first point of contact for your portfolio of clients, and your goal to enhancement their experience and ensure they are making the most of their products - no upselling involved!

Responsibilities:

organising your diary to ensure regular and even client contact

build and expand client relationships

visit all clients annually

maintain accurate database records
