As Sales Support Coordinator you will demonstrate experience working in an administrative role in a sales driven environment, where you have been instrumental in supporting a sales team in delivering results through exceptional relationship building, organisation and coordination skills.

You will demonstrate excellent time management and project coordination skills, be an effective negotiator and influencer and be confident working under pressure in a fast paced commercially focused environment. Detail orientated, you will be a creative problem solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering results.

As Sales Support Coordinator a typical day will involve:

  • Coordinating written and verbal communication between the sales team and clients
  • Ensuring all administrative aspects are complete and accurately logged for legislative and compliance purposes
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure administrative procedures are complete
  • Organising diaries and meetings for the sales team
  • Researching, analysing and writing information for presentations
  • Producing reports
  • Distributing sales data to the team
