Commercial Account Handler (Permanent)

Commercial Account Handler, Swindon. Up to £27,000 with good benefits and discretionary annual bonus.

I am working with a very well established National Insurance Broker who is currently seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join their team in their Swindon branch.

This role is predominantly looking after an existing portfolio of commercial clients.
You will be required to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and insurers.
Working closely with and supporting Account Executives in ensuring customer enquiries are dealt with.
Acting as the first point of contact for your client base, dealing with renewals, mid-term adjustments and any new business.
Ensuring company and regulatory guidelines are adhered to.
Attend client meetings as and when required/necessary.

To apply:
You must have experience working in a similar commercial insurance role, ideally within a broking environment.
Cert CII or similar. Must be willing to undertake if not already doing so.
Strong communication skills, customer focused and driven.
Good organisational and prioritisation skills.
Target driven with the ability to meet and exceed expectations.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Working hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.
